Drawing merges and drafts slivers to equalize and align fibers, yielding a uniform sliver for roving.
Low count yarn
Roving drafts and adds slight twist to form a coherent strand for stable winding and ring spinning.
Spinning yarn
Spinning further drafts the roving, inserts final twist, and winds yarn to the required count.
Autowinding
Autowinding transfers yarn from cops to cones, clears defects, splices ends, and forms uniform packages.
Yarn merging
Combines two or more single yarn ends and winds them onto one package, keeping them parallel for uniformity.
TFO twists
Twists doubled yarn with two turns per spindle revolution, producing stronger, compact, balanced plied yarn.
